Associate Product Specialist
The Monogram Product Specialist plays a critical role in providing technical and clinical support for the Monogram robotic surgical system. This position involves working closely with surgeons, surgical staff, and healthcare administrators to ensure optimal use of the Monogram system during procedures, facilitating seamless workflow integration, and delivering exceptional clinical and technical expertise. The Product Specialist also contributes to training, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through superior support. The role will primarily provide support for the Monogram mBos TKA product line with opportunity to support on additional R&D tasks as required.
As the Senior Systems Engineer, you will work with Project Management, Regulatory, Quality, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software teams to create requirements from User Needs, perform Systems and Risk Analysis, and create V&V Plans, Protocols, and Reports. You will then perform summative and formative evaluations and design verification tests.
Senior Mechatronics Engineer
Outstanding mechatronics design skills, as a Senior Mechatronics Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and integration of advanced mechatronic systems for medical applications, including but not limited to surgical robotics, UPS, PDU’s, PCBA’s, firmware, wire harnesses and testing equipment. This role requires deep cross-disciplinary expertise in mechanical engineering, electronics, control systems, and embedded software. You will work closely with peers to develop designs that meet customer and system requirements and will be responsible for creation, CAD modeling, prototyping and testing your designs. You will lead design review meetings to evaluate design outputs versus requirements. You will work with suppliers and contract manufacturers to develop systems and subsystems according to Monogram specifications, you will participate in risk management activities. You will work alongside other Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical and Software) to ensure the product is safe, intuitive, and robust.
Senior Robotics/FW Engineer
The Robotics/Firmware engineer will be responsible for building, deploying the Embedded & firmware applications for production, draft requirements related to FW and robotics motion, develop test cases, ability to diagnose robotics issues, debug firmware & I/O board issues, participate in design meeting and follow design and development process in highly regulated environment.
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, monitoring system performance with tools like AWS CloudWatch, create SBOMs, prepare build reports for each release, follow documentation process guidelines in a highly regulated environment, and update & maintain cyber security documentations. It will collaborate closely with development and quality teams to streamline the software development life-cycle.
